The Lockdown learning experience Spring and Summer 2020

Four great videos to enjoy and to round off this most peculiar and unexpected year:

Our wonderful Year 6 Leavers:

Normally the staff would have an end of year show (always wonderfully written by Miss Petley  with Mr Kitcatt. This ties in with retirements and staff moving on and is in “homage” to them. This year Mrs Elsmore, Mr Whitfield, Mrs Galgano are all leaving us as is Mr Lewzey who, having retired as a teacher some 10 years ago, popped in to help with our IT and has never left – until now, that is. We are so sad to see them all leave and what follows is made in tribute to them all and for our wonderful children… enjoy!

Here is Hugh Nash’s brilliant animation about Autism:

Our joint venture with St Joseph’s for the ordination of Deacon Tom:

As we start the last half term of this strange school year and celebrate Pentecost, please take time to enjoy this staff video made with love for you…

Here’s a film made by one of our EYFS children – a retelling of the Good Samaritan – if you are feeling low I guarantee that this will make you sit up, smile and be inspired for the day ahead. God bless.

A reminder of how staff made S=P+A+C+E for their learning in the lockdown…

You can see more video messages from your teachers on your year group pages, so what are you waiting for!

Here’s the uncut cooking miracle from Mr Lewin’s Lockdown Kitchen…
